This sauce is very flavorful with a pleasant texture very close to a ketchup condiment. It's perfect for a burger, to accompany fries, salads, eggs, cheese (cheese + chili = wonderful)...
Red Jalapenos have simmered for hours, with blue agave juice, tangerine, and lemon juice. Add to that a simply perfect seasoning, and it was more than enough to win us over.
And by the way, we have its twin sister here!

Une superbe découverte, un gout très doux, légèrement sucrée. Le fruit adouci le piquant et nous délivre de super arôme. Si vous connaissez la Siraracha "classique" vous allez devenir accro a celle ci !
