Attention collectors of the unusual, have you ever seen an upside-down sauce?
Cajohn's Tiki Bar hot sauce
They seem to have their heads upside down at the Tiki Bar! Is it due to the red pepper in the recipe? Are the tropical fruits too sun-soaked? Or maybe it's the soy sauce that's highly umami-rich (mouthwatering, appetizing, delicious)?
In any case, this spicy sauce won us over with its unique aroma that stands out thanks to the complementary ingredients that create a harmonious balance.
The label of this sauce is inspired by artist Stevo Stevotomic from Las Vegas, a retro Polynesian style from the 60s & 70s that ideally matches the fruity recipe.
