Très sucrée, plus proche d'un chutney pimenté

Grosse déception, goût amer, très peu de saveur mangue et absolument pas piquante, aucune sensation. Une erreur de sauce ???

Supposé être à 70 000 mais celle que j'ai reçu est plutôt à 5 000 Scoville. Quoiqu'il en soit le goût exotique est très agréable (mangue, etc). C'est l'une de de mes préféré (sur mes 9 sauces). Elle ne fait cependant pas l'unanimité (elle est assez sucrée).
