Maui Pepper is a fantastic brand. The owner's numerous trips to the Pacific islands (Polynesia, Hawaii) inspired him to create a unique sauce range that draws from the tastes and flavors of these islands. The balance is remarkable, the tangy sweetness of the apples is perfectly enhanced by the habanero pepper and rum. Being food lovers, we enjoyed this sauce on both savory dishes (pineapple pork, poultry, white fish and shrimp) and with dessert. Apples marinated in the sauce and pan-fried!!!! To die for.
