Ingredients for 2 people

• 300 g of very fresh beef suitable for raw consumption

• 1 to 2 teaspoons of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 to 2 teaspoons of finely chopped La Costeña jalapeños

• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Hellicious Classic Hot Sauce

• 1 teaspoon of Dame Besson Créoline Sauce

• 1 teaspoon of mustard

• 1 very fresh egg yolk, optional

• Salt and pepper

• A few sprigs of chives or parsley (optional)

Preparation

1. Cut the beef with a knife into small, even cubes. Keep the meat well chilled until the moment of preparation.
