Fat Cat has developed its own version of the classic South African sauce usually made with Piri Piri pepper (also known as bird's eye chili). Made with onion and tomato paste, we loved its ginger notes and the choice of pequin pepper, which remains less spicy than bird's eye chili. The sauce pairs perfectly with chicken, and you can also dilute it with vinegar to use as a dressing.
