Spicy Mustards - At the Table or in the Kitchen, It's Going to Heat Up!
Natural and delicious, horseradish and mustard definitely go very well together!
Lynchburg Horseradish Mustard
The use of mustard seeds dates back to Roman times, thousands of years ago.
This recipe is made in Tennessee and contains everything needed to make your taste buds dance with pleasure!
Indeed, this mustard is prepared using a few sips of white wine and Jack Daniel's whiskey for character, horseradish and mustard seeds to tickle your palate, apple cider vinegar for preservation, Jamaican pepper to enhance the flavors, and finally brown sugar to temper it.
Use it like a classic mustard, both for preparing your recipes (roasted chicken coated with mustard, deviled ham, mayonnaise, vinaigrette) and simply for dipping your foods like cold cuts, sausages, mackerel, vegetables, and anything else you'd like!

Relativement bonne moutarde mais un peu trop vinaigrée

This is the mustard for fine gourmets in search of a judiciously tamed spiciness in a recipe with balanced flavors
