The pepper purees were prepared with fresh peppers, we simply added vinegar for preservation.
The aromas of the hot peppers have been preserved as much as possible to allow you to discover the true taste of the pepper, as each one has its own unique flavor and intensity.

La dégustation fut bonne et la purée de carolina reaper est vraiment exceptionnelle. Je recommande sans hésiter ce coffret. Par contre il faut vraiment aimer le piquant car la purée de carolina reaper c'est pas pour tout le monde!
