Une sauce Encona dans sa version Carolina Reaper. Pas tellement plus forte que la version scotch bonnet. Elle a le gout du Reaper (malgré la faible quantité dans les ingrédients). Elle rend ce piment accessible à plus de monde, car moins forte que les vraies sauces Reaper. Parfaite pour grillades, poulet, barbecue.
