Nettement salée et le goût typée du Habanero Red Savina (fruité, sucré avec du gras) la réserve à des usages où on doit provoquer le contraste avec ce sucré et ce gras (j'oublie donc la mayonnaise et un haché de bœuf poëlé). Super sur des sandwiches avec des salades croquantes et de la volaille.
