Hotter Adobo sauce High Desert
An adobo sauce is made of paprika and/or chili, garlic, oregano, spices like cumin, salt, and vinegar for preservation.
Whether in the Iberian Peninsula or Mexico, it is customary to dip raw meats, vegetables, or fish (like anchovies) in the sauce to marinate them before cooking (adobar = to marinate).
You can therefore try this famous technique or simply use the sauce like salt and pepper by adding a few drops to your meals to spice them up and add some kick!
