Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500 g chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 150 g green beans

  • Black pepper

  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix the chicken with the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
