Tasting notes
Imagine being first assaulted by the warm and citrusy flavors of Scotch Bonnet and Fatali peppers. Then being pleasantly surprised by the gourmet and sweet side of pineapple and mango that lighten the spiciness. The last flavor that will delicately coat your palate will be the spicy curry.
We really liked this Caribbean-style hot sauce because it excites your taste buds without burning them.
