The devilish mustard lives up to its name. It combines mustard, chili pepper, and ginger. The combination is very surprising, bringing all the island flavors to this mustard. It's rather mild/medium in strength compared to other mustards we offer on www.sauce-piquante.fr. A great idea to add to your Creole burger or with some seafood.
