Stonewall Kitchen Salsa Verde
This Mexican-inspired salsa is mainly composed of tomatillo, a small green tomato native to Mexico. The tomatillo is enhanced with cilantro and Serrano and Jalapeno peppers. It's a very fresh salsa with a distinctly Mexican inspiration. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meat, but also with fish and turkey, though we particularly enjoy it with enchiladas.
