Torchbearer Mushroom Sauce
Ahhh Torchbearer, by now you're well familiar with this American brand that offers a multitude of original recipes made exclusively with quality natural ingredients.
This hot sauce is terribly flavorful, full of umami thanks to shiitake and Portobello mushrooms as well as tomatoes, it's energized (and then some!) by Scorpion pepper (formerly the world's hottest) and "softened" (everything is relative) by mandarin.
Jamaican peppers are also incorporated into the preparation to bring their incomparable aroma.
There's even horseradish in the recipe, just to add a different bite from the chili!
This hot sauce is rated at 68,000 on the Scoville scale by Hot Ones USA, so it's strong but not extreme, perfect for gradually building up the heat!

Goût très spécial, il faut savoir avec quoi la marier! Je l'ai appréciée avec des gnozyas c'était sympa, par contre avec des nuggets c'est pas top. Attention, beaucoup plus piquante que prévue!

Alors OUI ! La sauce bien forte, gros caractère et le goût fumé ! Ça ressemble à une sauce BBQ mais bien forte, quasi perfection ! Le visuel ne laisse pas du tout penser à ce goût, mais bien ! Ma préférée !!
