Coconut & Chili Sambal Paste
Sambal is a condiment of Malaysian and Indonesian origin made from chili peppers.
Traditionally prepared and served in a stone mortar, the chili paste is sometimes "raw" and sometimes cooked, and is occasionally mixed with other ingredients. In fact, there are more than 300 different recipes, and this one is a delicious coconut variant that can accompany your appetizers and certain dishes.
