Jalfrezi Curry Paste
Karimix's Jalfrezi curry paste is an excellent base for preparing an equally excellent dish, Jalfrezi, which is a dish originating from Bengal composed of a main ingredient that can be meat, fish, vegetables or paneer (Indian cheese) sautéed and then served in a thick curry spiced with chili. You can also use this paste as a marinade to prepare meat for cooking or grilling.
