Thai Panang Curry Paste
The name Panang curry is said to come from Penang Island in northwestern Malaysia.
This curry originating from Thailand is a spicy curry with fruity notes, and Panang curry paste concentrates all these flavors in a jar.
Easy to use, you can mix it with coconut milk for a more traditional curry base or, for a slightly sweeter curry in your preparations, blend it with pineapple or peanuts.
