The original Maggi recipe with its good taste of lovage (a perennial herbaceous plant also called "Maggi herb") is enhanced in this recipe thanks to the addition of chili.
This seasoning is moderately spicy so that everyone can spice up their plate without setting their palate on fire!
When it comes to using Maggi, there are different schools of thought:
- those who mainly use it for their soup and gazpachos
- those who put it in vinaigrette
- those who literally put it everywhere, in their pasta, rice, tartare, on eggs (like in Thailand for example where it is particularly used), as a replacement for their usual salt!
