Spicy Asian Grocery - Sauces, Condiments, Snacks & Authentic Flavors
Gourmet, syrupy, delicious, this poke sauce definitely has it all!
Otafuku poke sauce
This Japanese Poke sauce is mouthwatering (thanks to soy sauce), exquisite due to sesame and fresh thanks to ginger.
The great thing about a poke bowl is that you can put everything you find in your fridge (or at room temperature) in it, knowing that the base will always be:
- rice at the bottom (or other starch if you prefer to change)
- raw fish or meat (to be replaced with seitan or mushrooms if you're vegan)
- fresh vegetables and fruits
Then you'll need to put rice in your bowl and add on top slices of avocado, salmon, edamame, carrots, radishes, cucumber, green onions and chia seeds for example.
Once your poke bowl is ready, you just have to add this delicious Otafuku Poke sauce which will season it properly with its most appreciable sesame aroma.
